What happened to the site survey?

As our coverage area grows we create overlap in coverage. In the beginning we had very little overlap and few towers so

site surveys were a must to ensure we could actually get service to customers. We currently have 19 tower locations and

often times customers can connect to more than one tower thus increasing the probability for a successful installation.

We will still conduct a site survey if we feel the area or circumstances are questionable

Over the past several years we have been able to maintain a 90% installation success rate and customers should know

there is a 10% chance service is unavailable, however we will do everything to ensure a successful installation and

customer experience.
