Welcome to the updated Chilkat Kennel Web Page. The kennel is owned and operated by Debbie Canter and Rick O’Keefe. We are located in north central Ohio, southern Lorain County. We have been training, racing and breeding since 1987. Snow is rare, mud is plentiful - it has always been a challenge to remain focused on the sport when unpredictable fall weather can make or break your training regimen.
