What the new app looks like:

Step 1: Download the new SFN TV NOW app. It is labeled as SFN TV NOW GEN 2. Simply search “SFNTVNOW” to find the app. DO NOT download the “DEMO” version of the app.
Step 2: Enter your username and password. If you do not have your username or password please contact us at (440) 647-5626.
Step 3: Choose a name for the device you are setting up with SFN TV NOW. We typically suggest using the room name where the device is located, such as “Living Room.”
Step 4: Once setup is complete, you can begin using your SFN TV NOW service with the new app. You may also delete the old app from your device.

How To Setup “Favorites List”
Step 1: Go to your guide and have the channel that you want to add to your favorites highlighted.
Step 2: Hold the "OK" button on your remote for at least 2 seconds, then release it.
Step 3: Scroll over to the "Add To Favorites" option that appears to the far right once you released the "OK" button.
Step 4: It will ask which Favorites list you would like to add this channel to. If you have not created a favorites list before, the selection will be blank. Otherwise, it will already have your Favorites List selected. Once the list is selected and/or if it is blank, scroll down and select "OK".
Step 4: Now the channel is added to your favorites list. Your favorites list can be found in the "Channels" Section of the app. To access your favorites, go to the Channels section and press the right arrow on your remote once. Your favorites will be listed there.
