We switched our internet to Spectrum for about 2 months, because they were new you our area. Decided the quality and speed wasn't as good. We called NCW and they came out and reconnected us. So happy to be back.

Dan was the Tech I had to hook up my internet. He went above and beyond by going over things on the internet and the TV . He explained what to look for on the router. Dan was just great. I am glad that I switched over to NCW. Everyone at NCW seems so nice and friendly.
