A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a company that proactively manages a customer’s IT infrastructure and end-user systems. As an MSP, NCWCOM takes on day-to-day IT responsibilities, including remote monitoring, security, and maintenance. Our MSP services improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Customers may also take advantage of these services outside of our subscription packages, as an a la carte option.

These MSP services give individuals and businesses the flexibility to choose exactly what they need, when they need it, while still providing cost-effective, high-value support for any MSP or technical situation.

Customers may also choose to use these services outside of our MSP subscription, but will be charged the full cost of the service.

Onsite Visits

  • New printer setup

  • Setup your Wi-Fi router

  • Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  • Setup computer peripherals (keyboards, mice, screens, etc)

  • Install PC components (RAM, HDD, GPU)

  • Hookup Roku, Fire Stick, DVD players, or Gaming Consoles

  • Install a new or replacement existing UPS batteries

  • Home NAS setup and support

MSP Individual Services

Remote Support (Phone or Rustdusk)

  • Update router firmware

  • Virus and malware removal

  • Full home network management

  • Smart home device support

  • Email client setup (Outlook, Thunderbird, ETC .)

  • PC lifecycle planning (when to replace, and recycling options)

  • Assist user with setup of phone’s, tablets, and Roku’s

  • Preform Windows updates (on supported Windows versions)

  • Update Device drivers in Windows

  • One on One Training sessions (basic concepts only)

Depo PC Repair

  • Does not cover hardware components cost

  • No Apple devices, phones, or printers without prior approval

  • Only offered for units with 2x or less batteries
