About Our Customer Referral Program

Receive up to $50.00 OFF one month of internet service when you refer a neighbor, friend, or family member. There is NO LIMIT to the number of discounted referral months! There are only two requirements to receive the referral discount:

  1. The new customer themselves must report the referral, the existing customer cannot be the one who reports the referral

  2. The new customer that is referred must have service for at least 30 days before the existing customer may receive the credit for their referral

Referral Process

Step 1: Refer someone to our service

Step 2: Have the new customer that was referred report to NCWCOM that the existing customer referred them, either by phone or by filling out our customer referral form

Step 3: Wait 30 days. Once the existing customer is in our system for the referral, they will automatically receive their free month of internet service after 30 days.

Where & How To Submit The Referral Form

Website: Customers can submit right here on our website and fill-out the electronic form

Phone: Customers can call NCWCOM and we will add the referral information to our system with the new customer over the phone

Mail-In: Customers can fill-out the bottom part of the referral form that is given to them in their “New Customer Welcome Packet” or print the same document out via the downloadable referral form here, and then mail that form directly to our offices at 143 Erie Street, Wellington, OH 44090

Walk-In: Customers can fill-out the bottom part of the referral form that is given to them in their “New Customer Welcome Packet” or print the same document out via the downloadable referral form here, and then deliver that form directly to our offices at 143 Erie Street, Wellington, OH 44090
