How to Log In
Many customers may have already received an email containing their GenX WiFi username and password when their router was migrated to our new system.
If you no longer have that email or never received it, don’t worry. You can request your login information again using the form provided here.
Important Compatibility Information
GenX WiFi is currently available only for customers using our Managed WiFi service.
Because the app communicates directly with our managed routers, we are unable to provide access for customers using their own retail routers purchased elsewhere. Since we do not manage or have secure access to third-party equipment, the app’s features would not function properly on unsupported devices.
